Creavit Studio 3.7.0 — Release Notes

A home for your recordings, a recorder that fits your workspace and more ways

to share the finished result. Version 3.7.0 introduces the Base project library,

Google Drive integration, a movable recording toolbar, GIF and transparent

exports, and a new collection of Perspective presets.

🗂️ Your recordings have a home

Creavit Studio now opens in Base, a dedicated library for finding your work

and starting the next recording. Returning from the editor brings you back to

the library.

• Organize by project — create named projects, move recordings between them

and save new recordings directly into the selected project. Removing a

project keeps its recordings in All projects.

• Keep favorites close — star recordings and find them together in

Favorites.

• Browse your way — switch between cards and lists, group by date, search by

name, and sort by last edit, creation date, name or file size.

• Manage files in place — rename, duplicate, reveal in Finder or move a

recording to the Trash from its menu.

• Start from one button — Record opens the recorder; the arrow beside it

offers Open project, Create from video, Blank editor and

Motion Studio.

• Available updates appear in the sidebar with download progress and an

explicit install-and-restart action.

☁️ Export straight to your Google Drive

Connect your own Google account from Settings → Upload, the library's

Google Drive tab or the export window. Choose a destination folder once and

reuse it for later exports.

• Upload the finished export automatically while keeping a local copy.
• Follow upload progress, cancel a transfer or retry without rendering the

video again.

• Browse Drive folders from Base with search, sorting, cards, lists and date

groups. Open a file in Google Drive in your browser.

• Change the destination, switch accounts or disconnect from the same shared

connection controls.

Drive browsing opens remote files in the browser; local `.crvt` projects

continue to open in the editor. Uploading does not automatically make a file

public.

🎛️ Choose where your recorder lives

The new setup experience lets you choose Notch or Floating toolbar, then

pick a Light or Dark appearance. Live previews show the recorder and editor

before you finish setup, and both choices remain available in Settings.

• Keep the recorder tucked at the top of the screen or drag the floating

toolbar to a comfortable position.

• See clearer preparation feedback before the recorder is ready.
• Keep pause, stop and elapsed-time controls together during a recording.
• Use the desktop iPhone preview to follow the connected device while

preparing and recording.

🎞️ GIFs and transparent exports

Export short demos and looping clips as GIF, with size choices from

360p to 720p. GIF-specific controls keep the selected dimensions and frame

rate appropriate for the format.

Choose None in Background → Custom to remove the canvas background.

The editor displays a checkerboard preview and offers formats that preserve

transparency:

• MOV with ProRes 4444 for further editing and compositing.
• WebM with VP9 alpha for compatible web players.
• GIF for simple transparent loops. GIF uses fully opaque or fully

transparent pixels, so it cannot preserve soft, partially transparent edges.

🎥 Build a shot with Perspective presets

The Perspective panel now groups ready-made shots into Close-ups,

Reveals, Pans and Statics. Choose a preset to apply its framing and

motion, preview it, then fine-tune the angle and composition below.

• Browse visual preset tiles instead of building every move from scratch.
• Apply the start and end poses together for animated shots.
• Remove a preset to return to the default perspective.
• Add camera layouts and device mockup layouts directly from their settings

panels at the playhead, with clearer feedback when a layout already occupies

that range.

✨ A more consistent workspace

• Base, recorder controls, setup screens and editor popovers receive more

consistent Light and Dark styling.

• Timeline cuts and gap-closing transitions are easier to follow.
• Timeline keyboard actions better respect text fields and active editing

controls.

• The Mac app package is smaller after removing duplicated libraries and

unused files while retaining the recording and export tools it needs.

🐛 Reliability fixes

• Improved iPhone capture discovery, interrupted starts and screen/audio

synchronization.

• Improved camera and microphone cleanup when leaving or closing the recorder,

including device requests that finish after the window has closed.

• Fixed recording selection overlays remaining visible when returning to Base.
• Fixed export waits that could stall after the final queued write, and

improved cancellation cleanup.

• Reduced unnecessary media caching while switching between clips and

preparing large video files.

• Improved cursor motion, sound-effect playback and layout transitions across

timeline edits and seeking.

Creavit Studio 3.6.0 — Release Notes

Pause a take without losing your flow, choose the right transcription model

for every project and manage your license in one place. Version 3.6.0 makes

recording more flexible, subtitles more dependable and the editor easier to

shape around the way you work.

⏸️ Pause and resume a recording

You can now pause an active recording and continue when you are ready. The

recording overlay keeps the control close at hand and clearly shows whether the

take is running or paused.

• Pause for interruptions, setup changes or a moment to collect your thoughts.
• Resume into the same take instead of stitching separate recordings together.
• Keep screen, camera, microphone, system audio, cursor and keyboard data on the

same timeline.

• Leave paused time out of the finished recording so the edit starts clean.

💬 Choose how subtitles are generated

Subtitle generation now offers three on-device Whisper models, so you can pick

the balance of speed, download size and accuracy that suits the project.

• Fast creates quick drafts with the smallest download.
• Balanced is the recommended default for everyday work.
• Accurate uses the larger model when transcription quality matters most.
• Download progress, model size and ready status are visible before you start.
• Models are downloaded once and reused locally; incomplete cache files are

detected and repaired automatically.

The selected model and spoken language are remembered for the next project,

while generated captions still open directly in the Edit workflow.

🔑 License management in Settings

The new License section brings activation and device management into Creavit

Studio Settings.

• Activate Creavit Studio without leaving the app.
• See the active plan, validity and device usage at a glance.
• Refresh verification details whenever you need them.
• Deactivate the current Mac when moving a license to another device.
• Keep the full license key private with a masked summary.

🎛️ A workspace that stays out of the way

• The settings panel control now lives beside the panel edge and follows it when

you switch between the left and right sides.

• One compact menu handles Left side, Right side and Hide. When the

panel is hidden, the same control brings it straight back.

• The control stays subtle until you point to it, keeping attention on the

canvas.

• The Agent control now sits beside the Video/Motion switch and matches its

height, corner radius and selected-state styling.

• Export, undo and redo actions use more consistent alignment across the Video

and Motion editors.

✨ Motion and interface refinements

• An empty Motion library now offers a direct Switch to Motion Studio action

instead of showing an unused search field.

• Saved motions use a clearer, more compact list layout.
• Motion Studio places undo and redo beside the export actions, matching the

Video editor workflow.

• Settings tabs, dividers, sliders and control radii have been tightened into a

more consistent visual system.

• The Video editor opens with a wider default aspect that gives the canvas,

settings and timeline a more natural balance.

🐛 Reliability fixes

• Fixed the recorder toolbar shifting the camera preview when a countdown was

added to the Record button.

• Fixed the camera source menu extending beyond the left side of the recorder.

Creavit Studio 3.5.0 — Release Notes

Cut pauses, refine dialogue and keep every layer in sync. Version 3.5.0 adds a

new audio editing workflow, transcript-driven timeline actions and ripple

deletion that closes gaps without leaving the rest of the edit behind.

🎧 Edit Audio, your way

Open Edit Audio from a clip and switch between Auto and Manual

without leaving the editor.

• Find silence automatically — Creavit Studio analyzes the clip waveform

and presents quiet regions for review. Choose a sensitivity preset and adjust

minimum silence, retained padding and tiny-gap joining.

• Tune while you listen — changing an Auto control refreshes the results

automatically. Preview each region, exclude the pauses you want to keep, then

mute or remove the remaining selections together.

• Select precisely by waveform — in Manual mode, drag across the waveform,

resize either edge and preview the exact range before making a change.

• Choose the right edit — mute or unmute a selection, split at its edges, or

remove it from the timeline.

• Stay in context — audio selections appear directly on the timeline and

opening an audio range from the timeline returns to the Auto workflow.

✍️ Edit video from the transcript

The transcript is now an editing surface, not just a caption list. Select text

or click a phrase to reveal controls for the matching video range.

• Preview, mute, split or delete the selected spoken section.
• Refine selection boundaries with editable In and Out times.
• Follow the active selection with clearer primary-color highlighting and a

visible text caret.

• Move between transcript and timeline selections without losing the range you

are working on.

✂️ Ripple deletion that keeps the edit together

Removing a clip or transcript selection now closes the resulting timeline gap.

Following clips move into place while their original media coordinates remain

intact.

Creavit Studio also reconciles timed content across the edit: captions, zooms,

layouts, perspective, titles, Blur overlays, cursor actions, motion, steps,

sound effects and other overlays stay aligned after one or multiple ranges are

removed. A short cut-and-collapse animation makes the change easy to follow.

↔️ A clearer, more useful timeline

• More room by default — the timeline opens in its full-width layout.
• Visibility and order together — the timeline popover now groups track

visibility and ordering controls in one clearly named place.

• Arrange layers in context — bring an item to front, move it forward or

backward, or send it to the back from the timeline menu.

• Better source names — imported clips show their video filename or source

`.crvt` project name instead of a generic clip label.

• More dependable editing — drag auto-scroll, clip/zoom synchronization and

selection cleanup are more consistent across split, trim, delete and reopen

flows.

✨ Interface refinements

• Settings panels use a consistent tab and rail system with shared controls and

primary colors.

• Sensitive Content is now named Blur overlay throughout the editor.
• The Add menu uses subtle dividers to group effects, content and tools.
• The recorder action is now called Record and uses a six-part circular

capture mark that better communicates video recording.

• The Edit Audio panel sheds unnecessary containers, borders and shadows for a

lighter interface that matches the rest of the editor.

🐛 Reliability fixes

• Fixed the first clip remaining selected and looping after an Edit Audio

action.

Creavit Studio 3.4.0 — Release Notes

Turn an iPhone recording into a scene that feels filmed, not framed. Version

3.4.0 introduces a fully rendered hand mockup with timeline-driven finger

motion, deeper camera and 3D compositions, a complete light theme, redesigned

app settings, and a timeline that adapts to the way you edit.

✋ A hand that belongs in the scene

The new Hand & motion panel adds a locally rendered hand to iPhone

recordings. The phone and hand remain separate 3D layers, so the recording stays

sharp while fingers wrap naturally around the device. It works with bare iPhone

captures, 2D frames, 3D device mockups, Zoom, Perspective and camera layouts.

• Choose the grip — use a left- or right-hand composition without changing

the source recording.

• Match the scene — choose from five skin tones and fine-tune hand size and

vertical placement.

• Keep the framing balanced — Fit hand in canvas reserves room for the grip

and forearm without changing the project's aspect ratio.

• Use 2D or 3D — the same hand settings follow the phone when you switch

between flat and 3D device rendering.

• Available where it makes sense — hand controls appear for iPhone recording

clips and stay out of regular desktop screen recordings.

☝️ Finger motion, authored on the timeline

Add taps and swipes, choose their start time and duration, and position them in

the reachable area of the screen. The thumb approaches the glass, performs the

motion once, then returns to its grip. Hold still pauses motion without

removing the sequence; Preview plays the hand without moving the project

playhead.

Finger motion is evaluated directly from timeline time. Preview, scrubbing and

export therefore show the same pose, and the hand remains stable when a project

is reopened. The device and hand also keep their own depth, so the thumb can

pass over the screen while the supporting fingers remain behind the phone.

🎥 Built for camera and 3D compositions

Combine the iPhone with a camera layer, Zoom and Perspective to move from a

clean product shot to a close cinematic angle. The hand follows the phone's

transform while the camera layer keeps its layout and depth order.

Perspective works across the whole composition: the real 3D device, screen,

hand, nails and contact shadows rotate together. The phone remains readable

through close passes and returns to its authored framing after the movement.

🌓 Light, dark, or automatic

• Choose your appearance — use Light, Dark or Automatic from Settings.

Automatic follows the Mac appearance, and open Video and Motion editors update

without restarting.

• A coordinated light interface — editor panels, menus, crop and export

dialogs, permission prompts, controls and icons now support light mode.

• Your work keeps its colors — changing the interface theme does not alter

project colors or exported video. Motion's default workspace adapts to the

theme while custom workspace colors remain untouched.

⚙️ Your preferences, in one place

The redesigned Settings window brings General, Recording, Editor, Shortcuts,

Storage and Updates together. Open it from the app menu, press ⌘,, or use the

recorder menu.

• Set countdown, 30 or 60 fps, capture quality and the recording border.
• Choose whether a finished recording opens the editor or stays in the recorder.
• Preview default canvas padding, corner radius and shadow for new recordings.
• Configure a global start/stop shortcut, launch at login and reduced motion.
• Choose the storage folder, check free space and open it in Finder.
• Review permissions and manage updates with download progress and install

confirmation.

↔️ A more flexible timeline

• Keep the sidebar full height — the timeline now sits beneath the canvas,

allowing the active settings panel to extend to the bottom of the window.

• Switch widths with one click — the control beside Visible timelines

slides between Full width and Half width and clearly shows the available

action.

• Make more room for the canvas — dragging the handle moves the timeline

away as one surface. Tracks no longer shrink before collapsing, and a fully

collapsed timeline leaves no empty strip behind.

• Keep Layout ready — removing the final Layout segment no longer disables

or hides its timeline automatically.

🚀 Improvements

• Clearer sliders in light mode, with white fills on slightly darker tracks.
• Stronger rounded icons for aspect ratios, timeline controls and Settings.

iPhone recordings now have layouts that adapt to your canvas. Combine your

camera and phone recording in landscape, portrait or square compositions, with

zoom and perspective that follow the phone's placement.

✨ What's New

Dynamic layouts for iPhone recordings

• Layouts that fit your format — camera and iPhone placement now adapt to

the selected aspect ratio. Side-by-side compositions on wide canvases can

become stacked arrangements on tall canvases, keeping both views usable.

• Choose how you present — use side-by-side and reversed arrangements,

corner-camera layouts, a full-camera view with the phone overlaid, or a

phone-only view.

• With or without a mockup — adaptive layouts support the bare iPhone

recording, 2D device frames and 3D device mockups.

• Make the layout your own — move and resize the phone within a layout,

including when Perspective is active. Adjustments are stored per clip and

remain relative to the layout when the canvas changes.

• Built for mixed projects — the adaptive behavior applies to iPhone

recording clips; regular screen recordings keep their existing layout

Zoom and perspective work together

• Zoom the whole phone — zoom now scales the iPhone recording and its

device mockup together inside dynamic layouts.

• Perspective follows the layout — rotation and origin positioning use

the phone's current placement, rather than the old centered canvas position.

• More consistent framing — perspective scale adapts to portrait and

square canvases, avoiding an unexpected size jump when changing format.

• Smoother transitions — static and moving Perspective segments preserve

the layout position and active zoom through their entrance and exit.

• More predictable positioning — moving a phone with Perspective applied

keeps its pose attached to the phone. Camera and phone layers retain their

intended order, including full-camera compositions.

🐛 Fixes

• Fixed iPhone recordings and mockups ignoring zoom inside dynamic layouts.

• Fixed 3D mockup screens becoming squeezed or cropped when switching between

Creavit Studio 3.3.2 — Release Notes

A more capable zoom editor, multi-selection across the timeline, direct media

drop from Finder, better 3D device rendering, and a faster preview when zoomed

deep into the canvas.

✨ What's New

Zoom Motion

• Move while you zoom — Manual Zoom now has Static and Motion

modes. Motion lets the zoom travel from a Start point to a Target point

instead of holding on one fixed origin.

• A different scale at each end — Start and Target can each have their own

zoom level. When no point-specific value is set, the segment inherits the

shared Zoom level.

• Choose how long the move takes — Motion duration is independent from the

full zoom segment, so the camera can finish its move and remain settled for

the rest of the segment.

• Use the space outside the video — the position pad now reaches far beyond

the video bounds. You can push the video partly or completely out of frame

and deliberately leave empty canvas in view.

• One clear transition system — Zoom level, easing, transition controls

and Apply to all now work consistently across Auto, Manual Static and Manual

Motion instead of exposing competing controls.

Multi-select on the timeline

• Move several clips together — select multiple video clips and drag them

as a group while their spacing is preserved.

• Select multiple items in one row — zooms, perspective moves, masks,

titles, shortcuts, code snippets, GIFs, sounds and other timeline items can

be selected together and moved in one operation.

• Group media overlays — images and GIF overlays can be selected and

repositioned together.

• Safe group movement — grouped items respect timeline bounds and nearby

unselected segments, preventing accidental overlap or negative start times.

Drop media straight into the editor

• Drag from Finder — drop common image, GIF and video formats directly

into Creavit Studio.

• Drop where you need it — visual media can become canvas overlays, while

video can be inserted at the intended timeline position. Existing clip

timing is adjusted around the insertion.

• Clearer feedback — unsupported or empty files are rejected cleanly

instead of creating broken timeline items.

🚀 Improvements

Timeline & editor

• Drag beyond the visible timeline — the timeline now auto-scrolls while

you drag near either edge, making long moves possible without stopping.

• More deliberate interactions — drag thresholds prevent a simple click

from accidentally moving an item, and selection states are clearer across

timeline segment types.

• Improved GIF editing — GIF timeline previews and segment interactions

were reworked for more predictable placement and selection.

• Resizable settings panel — drag the settings rail wider when a control,

preview or long label needs more room.

• Cleaner settings structure — shared tab groups and refreshed controls

make Zoom, Perspective, Video, Camera, Subtitle and related panels easier to

scan.

Cursor & zoom

• The custom cursor grows with the picture — cursor size now follows the

active canvas zoom, including Manual Zoom and Zoom Motion, so it stays

visually attached to the magnified recording.

• Smoother scale changes — point-specific Zoom Motion scales no longer

fight the segment's zoom-in and zoom-out envelope at the boundaries.

• More stable zoom handoff — switching between static and moving manual

zooms preserves the intended origin, scale and transition state.

Perspective and 3D device mockups

• A better origin path editor — the Perspective origin pad has improved

coordinate handling and a larger practical movement range.

• More accurate iPhone composition — screen texture, device, camera and

overlay layers now stay in the correct order through perspective moves.

• Sharper, more consistent rendering — 3D render sizing and device-screen

texture handling were refined for preview and export.

Performance

• Faster high-zoom preview — shadows are cached and clipped to the visible

viewport instead of rendering a huge off-screen surface at deep zoom levels.

• Lighter perspective playback — 3D scene updates, preview density and

playback paths do less unnecessary work per frame.

• Smoother timeline work — selection, dragging and long-timeline movement

avoid repeated calculations that previously caused hitches.

• Fixed custom cursors appearing smaller, or failing to grow, as zoom level

mockup, pick what you're recording with a completely rebuilt screen, window and

area picker, shape your zoom transitions with the curve you want, and get a

faster editor that stops quietly filling up your disk.

✨ What's New

Record your iPhone

• Plug it in and record — connect your iPhone with a USB cable, unlock it

and tap Trust, and it shows up as a recording source right next to your

screens and windows. No extra app, no AirPlay, no cloud.

• The phone's own audio comes with it — whatever the phone is playing is

captured in the recording.

• Your camera and microphone still work — record yourself talking over the

phone screen exactly like you would with a screen recording.

• It's a normal project — the result lands on the timeline with everything

else: zooms, masks, subtitles, camera overlay, export.

3D device mockups

• Your recording, running on a real phone — put the video inside an actual

3D iPhone model instead of a flat frame. The screen content is mapped onto the

model, so it catches the light and the angle like the real thing.

• Every generation from iPhone 11 to iPhone 17 — Pro, Pro Max, Plus, mini,

Air and the e models, in the finishes you'd expect.

• 2D or 3D, your call — a simple switch in the mockup settings. The flat

SVG frames you already had are still there when you want something cleaner.

• Favorites — star the models you keep coming back to so they're at the top

next time.

• Plays well with perspective — the mockup stays with the video through 3D

perspective moves instead of flattening out.

A completely rebuilt picker for screens, windows and areas

All three selection overlays were rewritten from scratch and now share one

design language and one set of shortcuts.

• Window selection — hover a window and it's washed in blue, with a badge

in the middle showing the app icon, the window name and its size. Click to

record. Empty desktop tells you there's nothing to pick.

• Screen selection — the display under your cursor lights up as a whole,

with its name, resolution and a Main display marker.

• Area selection — a pixel magnifier so you can land the edge exactly where

you want it, ready-made size presets, an aspect ratio menu, and live width and

height boxes you can type into.

• Keyboard everywhere — arrow keys nudge by 1px (hold Shift for 10),

⌥ + arrows resize, Tab and the arrow keys cycle between windows and displays,

Enter starts recording, Esc backs out.

• Opens instantly — the overlay no longer waits on anything to boot.

Zoom transition easing

• Choose how a zoom moves — every zoom segment now has its own easing:

Natural, Ease in, Ease out, Smooth, Balanced or

Linear.

• Or draw your own — a custom cubic-bezier curve if none of the presets is

quite it.

• Same in preview and export — the curve you see while scrubbing is the

curve that gets written to the file.

🚀 Improvements

Editor

• Settings panels come alive — switching tabs in the settings panel now

cascades the sections in instead of swapping them out flatly. The same motion

runs inside the panels that have their own tabs, like perspective and zoom.

• Reworked timeline segments — clip, zoom and effect segments were

redesigned, and they animate as you add, move and trim them.

• Smoother scrubbing — dragging the playhead across long recordings is

noticeably steadier.

• New buttons across the app — the primary buttons were rebuilt with a

layered face, so export, record and license actions read as the main thing on

screen.

• Refreshed icons throughout the editor and timeline.
• Agent panel — a reworked busy animation while the agent is editing, and

the header buttons now slide into place when you move the panel to the other

side instead of jumping.

• Multiple editor windows are properly separate — open two projects at once

and each window keeps its own state; changes in one no longer leak into the

other.

Perspective (3D)

• Cleaner settings — transform, material and transition controls were split

✨ What's New

AI agent chat panel

• Let an agent do the editing — a new Agent panel (⌘I) sits next to your

timeline. Ask for what you want in plain language and it does the work in the

open project.

• Works with the CLI you already use — pick Claude Code or Codex,

choose the model and how hard it should think, all from the panel. The agent

runs locally on your Mac under your own CLI account — your video files stay on

your machine, and only what the agent sends goes to whichever model provider

that CLI is already signed in to.

• Nothing to install or configure — the agent connection ships inside the

app and runs on the app's own runtime, so you don't need a separate Node.js

setup. A setup hint walks you through it if a CLI is missing.

• Prompt ideas when you're stuck — every chat opens with its own set of

suggestions drawn from a pool of 50, so you can see what the agent can do.

• Chats are remembered — conversations are kept per project, in tabs.
• Put the panel on either side — the agent panel can live on the right or

the left; ⌘⇧D moves it across and your choice is remembered. The same

panel opens in Motion Studio.

• See what the agent is doing — while the agent works on your project, a

live overlay appears over the editor and clears itself when the work is done.

Creavit MCP — the whole app, driveable by an agent

Under the hood the panel talks to Creavit Studio through MCP (Model Context

Protocol), and the app exposes nearly a hundred typed actions over it. That

means the agent isn't limited to a few canned tricks — it can genuinely operate

the app. The same connection works from any MCP-capable tool on your Mac, not

just the built-in panel.

Record for me

• "Record this website" — give it a URL and it opens the page in a clean,

frameless capture window at the aspect ratio you want (16:9, 9:16, 1:1 …),

waits for the page to actually finish loading, then records a walkthrough:

scrolling, clicking, hovering, typing, pausing on the parts that matter. It

moves the real macOS mouse, so you get Creavit's native cursor data — smooth

cursor motion and automatic click zooms, exactly as if you had done it by

hand. It can then save the project, export it and open the finished video,

all from one request.

• "Record this window" or "record my screen" — the agent can list your

displays, windows and capture devices, check macOS permissions, pick the

source, decide whether the camera, microphone and system audio are on, and

start and stop the recording. Area recordings take exact coordinates.

• "Record me clicking through this app" — a walkthrough recording runs the

whole interaction in a single step, so the video is exactly as long as the

steps take, with no dead time from the agent thinking between clicks.

Edit for me

• Zooms, perspective and masks — add, update, list or remove zoom segments,

3D perspective moves and sensitive-content masks anywhere on the timeline.

• Look and feel — set the background, pick a wallpaper from the library,

change camera settings (including turning camera background removal on and

off — the same switch as the settings panel), adjust audio, or read and write

any player setting.

• Reframe it — ask to "make it vertical" or "get it ready for mobile" and

one call changes the aspect ratio, refits padding and radius so the content

stays as large as possible, enlarges the camera and anchors it bottom-center

so it reads on a narrow frame, and scales the cursor. Your existing zooms are

left untouched.

• Ready-made perspective poses — the agent no longer guesses raw angles; it

picks a balanced pose (`desk`, `hero`, `iso-left`, `float-right` …), sets how

strong it should be, and points at the spot on the canvas it should focus on.

• Timeline and playback — inspect or replace segments, seek, play and pause,

grab a screenshot or a single video frame to check the result, and undo or

redo.

• Projects — list, open, save, summarize and reveal your projects.
• Export — start an export with the resolution, frame rate and quality you

asked for, in the background, and get told when it's done.

• Motion Studio too — open scenes, add and arrange elements, build and edit

animations, use templates and presets, and export the result.

Nothing is off limits — if a request needs something the typed actions don't

cover, the agent can ask the app for its full command list and call it directly,

so the panel keeps up with the app instead of lagging behind it.

Sensitive content masks

• Hide anything you don't want on screen — draw a region over a password, an

email address or a customer name and mask it with Blur, Pixel or a

Solid color.

• The mask stays put — regions are anchored to the video itself, so they

follow along through zooms and 3D perspective moves instead of drifting.

• Timeline control — each mask gets its own timeline row you can move, trim

or delete, so you can reveal something later in the recording.

• Tune the look — intensity, corner radius and solid color are all

adjustable.

New video effects

• Effects section — Blur, Pixelate and Dither now live together at the

bottom of the video settings.

• Pixelate — choose Pixel for clean blocks or CRT for the retro tube

look, with Density, Intensity and Sharpness dials. Pixels are anchored to the

content, so they grow and shrink with your zooms.

• Dither — a new retro/print-style effect with Intensity, Color levels and

Pattern size.

Perspective transitions

• Angle to angle, smoothly — perspective (3D) segments now blend into each

other and back to flat instead of snapping, with easing options and depth

settings you control.

• Pick the start and target point while you can see it — the preview for the

origin points now jumps to the moment the transition has finished, so you set

the pivot on the tilted image instead of on a flat canvas.

Subtitles on the canvas

• Place them anywhere — subtitles render on the top layer and can be dragged

straight on the canvas; click one to jump to its style settings.

• Tied to your steps — subtitles follow the step they belong to, and their

position is saved with the project.

Export

• Pick your output resolution — export at 720p, 1080p, 2K or 4K. The size

shown in the export window is exactly what gets written to the file.

Timeline & editor

• New Add menu — one place to add zooms, perspective moves, masks and more

to your timeline. Perspective, sensitive content and code snippets are now

added with a single click instead of opening a submenu.

• Sync zooms with a clip — a Sync zooms switch in the clip popover keeps

zooms locked to their clip when you move or trim it.
